Business Leadership Trainees
The process will identify if you have the potential to become one of our future leaders, whilst helping you decide if Hindustan Unilever Limited is the right organisation for you.
The form
The first thing you must do is complete an online application form. It’s quite long but it allows you to present a complete picture of your talents, interests and ambitions.
Take your time and make sure you answer all the questions. We need evidence that you possess the competencies we’re looking for. So focus on what you as an individual have achieved, not just what happened when you were part of a group.
Submit your application as per the instructions you’ll see on the form. And make sure you do so before the closing date. In order to be fair to everybody, applications received after that date will not be considered.
The interview
Your form will be read initially by the Camput Recruitment Team. If we like the look of your application, you will be shortlisted for recruitment process to be held at you campus. Both the interview and test will be held on your university campus or at a location nearby.
The offer
If you are successful at that stage, we will make you and offer.
