Domex raises awareness about toilet hygiene

14-02-2011 : In order to raise awareness and sensitivity about toilet hygiene, Domex, India’s leading toilet cleaning brand has taken up a challenge of cleaning 2000 toilets in a span of 2 weeks across 4 cities: Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Maharashtra.The campaign was launched on February 14, 2011 with Revathy , popular Indian actress and director, as the celebrity endorser.

As part of this campaign Domexhas launched a new TVC. The TVC hasa toll-free number on which viewers can call to requestforcleaning of any dirty toilet in their vicinity - be it apublic toilet at apark, school, or any other public place. The Domex-Squad,ateam for implementing this hygiene drive, is then activated and takes the responsibility of cleaning the toilet. The Domex-Squad will take down all the requests till February 28 th and the cleaning process is scheduled from March 15th to 31st.

Domex is the only brand which has sodium hypochlorite an ingredient which has the properties to kill germs. This ingredient has been endorsed by the WHO - whenever there is an epidemic or any major illness.
