HUL recognized as Best Employer in India

HUL has been given this honour amongst an illustrious list of corporates who followed including The Aditya Birla Group at No. 2, LG Electronics at No. 3, Godrej Consumer at No. 4 and BhartiAirtel at No. 5.

The 2011 Aon Hewitt Best Employers study provides insights into alignment of people practices to business. It enables an organization to measure the effectiveness of its people practices, and identifies a shortlist of Best Employers.This survey is undoubtedly one of the most credible recognitions that one can get in this space in India. It is the only study of its kind where participating companies are put through a rigorous evaluation process. This includes an employee satisfaction survey covering 1000 employees followed by a series of group discussions with 50 employees. The final evaluation is completed by a panel of independent jurors.
