HLL To Sell Glucovita Brand To Wipro

This disposal is in line with HLL’s strategy to focus on Power Brands. The sale of “Glucovita”, a brand in the glucose powder market, is a part of the ongoing brand rationalisation exercise in HLL. The transaction is expected to be completed by June 2003.
