HLL Despatches Bonus Debenture Redemption And Interest Warrants

The amount due on HLL’s Secured Fully Paid 9% Non-convertible Bonus Debentures of Rs.6/- each was despacthed to all debenture holders on December 31, 2004. As a measure of investor protection and convenience to the debenture holders, HLL despatched the redemption and interest warrants without insisting on surrender of debenture certificates. HLL has also set up two dedicated fax lines (022 2757 5473 and 022 2202 6712) and a team at the company’s Investor Service Department at its Belapur office for debenture holder’s assistance.
