HUL Board Meeting on October 31, 2007

Mumbai, October 23, 2007: The company issued a communication to the Stock Exchanges today informing them of the proposed meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2007, at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 2007.
The Board will also consider declaration of Platinum Jubilee Dividend on the occasion of the Company’s 75th year. The dividend, if declared by the Board will be payable to the members/beneficiary owners as on the Record Date i.e. Thursday, 8th November, 2007.
