HUL announces key appointments April 4
04-04-2008 : Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) today announced key appointments to its Board. Mr. D. Sundaram, Director Finance and IT has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the company and Mr. Dhaval Buch, Executive Director Supply Chain, would be joining the HUL Board as a Director.
The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today after the Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved the appointments with immediate effect.
Announcing the appointments, Mr. Harish Manwani, Chairman, HUL said, “The appointments reflect our strong commitment towards leadership development and our tradition of leveraging experience and talent.”
