Mumbai, January 14, 2010: The company issued a communication to the Stock Exchanges today informing them of the proposed meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at the Registered Office of the Company to take on record the unaudited financial accounts for the quarter ended December 2009 along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period.
