29-04-2011 : The company issued a communication to the Stock Exchanges today informing them of the proposed meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Monday, May 9, 2011, at Mumbai to take on record the audited annual results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2011, and to recommend final dividend, if any, on equity shares for the said period.
