Scholarships of up to Rs. 1 lakh are awarded to women with aptitude, drive & the ambition to carve a place of pride for themselves in society, but do not have the financial strength to realise their dreams. The scholarships were earlier awarded only for post graduate studies. Now the scope has been extended to graduate studies as well. Since 2003, over 600 scholarships have been awarded to women from across India.
