Code of Business Principles

The Code of Business Principles is integral to our success in attaining business excellence rooted in ethical rigour & vitality. It intends to be the moral framework that guides us in our day-to-day operations and entrench an unshakeable value system in place. This Code is founded on three basic principles:

- formation of trust & respect

- building mutually beneficial relationships and

- engaging in responsible management practices.

Code of Business Principles is a way of life at HUL, around which our business agenda is built.

Human Rights

HUL adheres to all the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact. We have demonstrated our commitment through our CoBP mechanism that uphold Human Rights in all aspects of our business operations.
