New corporate office opens in Kathmandu
On October 24, 2018 Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) inaugurated its new corporate office at the City Square Building, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The new office building is spread over two floors and houses facilities for conferences, training, meetings and even recreation.
Mr Pradeep Banerjee, Chairman, UNL along with UNL board members Mr Dev Bajpai, Ms Priya Nair, Mr Dinesh Thapar and our guest Mr Kapidh Waja Pratap Singh, First Secretary - Commerce, Indian Embassy, Nepal inaugurated the new office.
Unilever marks 25 years of operation in Nepal
Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) marked 25 years of its operation in Nepal in the first week of September 2017. Paul Polman Visit to Nepal
Unilever CEO Paul Polman visited Nepal to mark the 25th anniversary of Unilever Nepal Limited. Polman was accompanied by EVP Unilever South Asia, Sanjiv Mehta and Unilever Nepal Chairman Pradeep Banerjee. During his visit, Polman reaffirmed that the company would continue to step up its capital investment in the country by enhancing its local manufacturing capacity.
Unilever Nepal Annual Financial Report
Unilever Nepal Limited has reported net sales of 4.44 billion NPR in the last fiscal year and a net profit of NPR 965 million for the same period. This translates to a turnover growth of 13% which is driven primarily through volume growth.

Unilever Nepal declares NPR 1270 dividend for the shareholders
Unilever Nepal awarded its shareholders a special dividend in recognition of its silver jubilee, which was announced at a board meeting where it reported revenue of NPR 4.44 billion and a net profit of NPR 965 million.
