Ms Anuradha Razdan (44) joined Unilever in 1999 as a Management Trainee.

Anuradha is a business focused HR leader who has had an international career with rich experiences in Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) and global leadership roles, partnering members of the Unilever Executive.
She spent the first 14 years of her career in HUL. Her early leadership roles included partnering members of the HUL Management Committee in Supply Chain and Marketing. In her role as Leadership Development Director, South Asia, she led the Talent agenda, across the South Asia cluster.
Anuradha worked at Unilever’s headquarters in London for six years, first as Executive Assistant to Unilever’s former Chief Human Resources Officer followed by her appointment as Vice President HR, for the Home Care division globally. She has strong experience in mergers & acquisitions having worked with the Unilever Prestige business and has also led the Global Talent Attraction and Employer Brand agenda for Unilever.
Anuradha is a graduate in Economics and completed her MBA in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
She serves as a Board member of NHRDN India and is a member of the CII National Committee for HR and Leadership. She is the chairperson of the D&I committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the UNICEF Regional Steering Committee for Youth Skills in South Asia.
Anuradha featured in the Spencer Stuart & The Economic Times list of Rising Indian Women Leaders in 2015 and has recently been recognized amongst India’s Most Powerful Women in Business by Business Today.
