To ease this transition, we have designed a comprehensive programme that balances your personal and professional needs. You will begin with a structured induction program designed to familiarise you with the company, the stakeholders, the policies and most importantly to make your transition back into the corporate world more comfortable.
You will be assigned a project guide who co-owns the project. Your guide would be working closely with you to provide direction and support.
Live business projects
Projects are across various functions like Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Research and Development. These projects are critical to the business, and have been scoped keeping in mind that they will be carried out by professionals working flexibly.
You can choose your work timings and working days according to your personal needs in consultation with your project guide. We also offer the flexibility to work from home so that the transition back to the corporate world is cushioned.
If you are a woman on career break and have had a minimum of two years experience in areas of Marketing, Human Resources, Supply Chain or Research and Development and are looking for an opportunity to work flexibly, you are eligible to apply. Currently all projects are based in Mumbai. We will be extending the program to other locations in future.
