Grooming young talent at HUL
Executive Trainee Programme is a 9 month (6 months Training and 3 months Sub charge) duration training programme designed to groom young talent from identified campuses across India. The program provides focussed training and capability building approach in shaping careers at early stages and creating better futures every day.
During this period, the trainees are given exposure on functional and cross-functional areas that will help them in building greater awareness about not only their function but also about the business as a whole.
The ET program thrusts on the interface the trainees have with their respective support network, which includes functional mentor, coach Buddy and Functional LT Anchor, who are assigned to every trainee. The role of the network is to focus on hiring the best talent and then developing and grooming these trainees to become an all-round professional.
Post 9 months training period, the trainee gets assigned as an Executive in the respective role within the function.
