The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 22nd January, 2013.

Notice is hereby given that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 22nd January, 2013, at Mumbai to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2012 along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period.

The Company shall intimate to exchanges the unaudited financial results upon the conclusion of the Board Meeting and will arrange for announcement of the same in Press as required by the Listing Agreement.
