HUL has emerged as the winner in the manufacturing (consumer goods, durables, other non-engineering) sector at the Business Today’s Best Companies to Work For Awards.
The award was conferred to us by Dr Jitendra Singh, Honourable Union Minister of State, at a ceremony held on 21 February 2018 in New Delhi. Mr Ganesh Krishnamurthy, General Manager, Corporate Affairs, received the award, on behalf of HUL, in the presence of Mr Raj Chengappa, Group Editorial Director, The India Today Group.
About Business Today Best Companies to Work for Survey:
Business Today has been conducting Best Companies to Work For Survey in partnership with PeopleStrong HR Services Private Limited. It is an open, web-based, perception survey for all salaried employees in India.
For the overall rankings, survey respondents are asked to rank five companies, across industries, which in their opinion are the best companies to work for. Then, they rank the top three companies on different parameters including career growth prospects, financial compensation, work-life balance, performance evaluation, stability, and other HR practices.
