Project Prabhat wins at the Social Change Awards

Our Project ‘Prabhat’ has been declared the winner for Community Development at the Social Change Awards 2017.

The awards, hosted by Nextgen Sustainable Social Solutions, recognises the efforts made by Companies and NGOs that help bring about a positive change in the lives of people.

Shri Upendra Kushwaha, Hon'ble Minister of State for Human Resource Development presented the award. Ms Nalini Kaushal, Program Lead, Project Prabhat received the award on behalf of Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL).

Through project ‘Prabhat’ we partner NGOs to implement initiatives on health and hygiene, water conservation and livelihood creation in rural communities around over thirty HUL sites spread across the length and breadth of India. We have reached out to over 6.5 lakh people through Project Prabhat.
