Lifebuoy launches its first-ever children's book by Mr Ruskin Bond

Lifebuoy's H for Handwashing campaign is a means to encourage hand hygiene behaviour change by integration in the school curriculum. The premise is that in the early years of cognitive development, children are taught that the letter H stands for Handwashing and not just Hat, Horse & Hippo.

To celebrate Global Handwashing Day (GHD) this year, Lifebuoy launched their first-ever children's book - H for Handwashing Alphabet Book. This book, written by Mr Ruskin Bond, seamlessly integrates hand hygiene concepts in the English Alphabet.

The book was launched at a virtual event in the presence of Mr Ruskin Bond, Kajol Devgn – our handwashing ambassador and Mr Sanjiv Mehta – Chairman & Managing Director, Hindustan Unilever Limited.
