Environmental, Social and Governance Committee

The Board of Directors of the Company constituted the ESG Committee with effect from 1st December, 2022. The ESG Committee shall be responsible to assist the Board in overseeing the vision and focus on the Company’s strategy relating to ESG and sustainability matters. The Committee shall also monitor the progress against the stated vision and review the practices, initiatives & goals of the Company relating to ESG, and ensure that they remain effective.
