The meeting of Board of the Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 23rd January, 2017.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 23rd January, 2017 at Mumbai, inter-alia, to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2016.

The Company shall intimate the unaudited financial results to the Stock Exchanges, upon the conclusion of the Board Meeting and will arrange for announcement of the same in Press as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
