Results of Postal Ballot
The members of the Company vide Postal Ballot Notice dated 25th October, 2017, have approved the appointment of Mr. Srinivas Phatak as a Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 1st December, 2017, with an overwhelming majority of 99% votes cast in favour of the resolution.
Declaration of the results of Postal Ballot
Pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, approval of Members of the Company was sought by means of Postal Ballot vide Notice dated 25th October 2017, for the appointment of Mr. Srinivas Phatak as a Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 1st December, 2017.
Based on the Scrutinizer’s Report dated 11th December, 2017 the Chairman has declared the Results of Postal Ballot as under:
