Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 30th April, 2020 at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020 and to recommend final dividend, if any, on equity shares for the said period.
The Company shall intimate the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results and details of final dividend, if any, as recommended by the Board to the Stock Exchanges, upon the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
