30-04-2021: The Members of the Company vide Postal Ballot Notice dated 19th March, 2021 have approved the Increase in overall limits of Remuneration for Whole-time Director(s) and appointment of Mr. Ritesh Tiwari as a Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 1st May, 2021 for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years with an majority of 99.8407% and 93.2210% respectively, votes cast in favour of the resolutions.
Declaration of the results of Postal Ballot
Pursuant to Section 108 and Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘the Act’) read with Rule 20 and Rule 22 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, approval of Members of the Company was sought by means of Postal Ballot vide Notice dated 19th March, 2021, for Increase in overall limits of Remuneration for Whole-time Director(s) and appointment of Mr. Ritesh Tiwari as a Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 1st May, 2021 for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years.
