Declaration of the Results of Postal Ballot
13-01-2022: The Members of the Company vide Postal Ballot Notice dated 29th November, 2021 have approved by means of Special Resolution appointment of Ms. Ashu Suyash as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 12th November, 2021 with an majority of 99.98% votes cast in favour of the resolution.
Pursuant to Section 108 and Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘the Act’) read with Rule 20 and Rule 22 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, approval of Members of the Company was sought through Postal Ballot by means of Special Resolution vide Postal Ballot Notice dated 29th November, 2021, for appointment of Ms. Ashu Suyash as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 12th November, 2021.
Based on the Scrutinizer’s Report dated 13th January, 2022, the Results of Postal Ballot, as declared, were as under:
