09-01-2025: The meeting of Board of the Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 22nd January, 2025.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 22nd January, 2025, inter-alia to consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024.
The Company shall intimate the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results to the Stock Exchanges, upon the conclusion of the Board Meeting and will arrange for announcement of the same in Press as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
