Zenith brings together HUL's wellbeing initiatives under one identity and a shared ambition: making wellbeing more accessible, proactive and inclusive for every employee.
A launch that reflected a shared commitment
The launch brought together employees from across the organisation, including members of the Management Committee, underscoring the importance of wellbeing as a business and people priority.
Speaking at the event, BP Biddappa, Chief Human Resource, Sustainability and Transformation Officer, shared the vision behind Zenith and reinforced HUL's commitment to creating an environment where wellbeing is embedded in everyday life and accessible to all.
Priya Nair, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, highlighted the importance of prioritising personal wellbeing and making self-care a daily practice. She encouraged employees to embrace the journey individually while collectively building a culture where wellbeing becomes everyone's responsibility.
Strengthening support through new wellbeing ecosystems
A key milestone of the launch was the introduction of two dedicated wellbeing platforms designed to provide employees with expert support, trusted resources and easy access to guidance when they need it most.

Supporting mental wellbeing
INTELLECT is HUL's new mental wellbeing ecosystem, offering employees confidential access to expert guidance, personalised support and practical resources to help strengthen emotional wellbeing and resilience.
The platform is designed to make seeking support simpler, more accessible and stigma-free, empowering employees to proactively manage their mental wellbeing.
Building financial confidence
FINSAFE is HUL's dedicated financial wellbeing ecosystem, providing tools, learning resources and expert support to help employees make informed financial decisions and build confidence for the future.
Through personalised guidance and education, FINSAFE aims to support employees at different life stages and help them strengthen their financial wellbeing over the long term.
Together, INTELLECT and FINSAFE complement HUL's existing wellbeing initiatives and extend support beyond the workplace, helping employees navigate both personal and professional challenges with confidence.
A journey, not a moment
While the launch marks an important milestone, Zenith is designed to be much more than a one-day event.
Over the coming months, employees will benefit from expanded mental health support, enhanced financial wellbeing programmes, greater awareness of available benefits, preventive healthcare initiatives, expert-led engagements and easier access to wellbeing resources through dedicated digital platforms.
The ambition is simple: make wellbeing easier to access, easier to understand and easier to act upon.
Creating a culture where people can thrive
HUL's wellbeing initiatives are united under a single framework, bringing together mental, physical and financial wellbeing in a more connected and integrated way.
By creating a holistic support ecosystem, Zenith aims to help employees build resilience, make healthier choices, strengthen financial confidence and perform at their best.
Because unlocking peak potential starts with taking care of the person behind the role.
