Harman assumed her current role in 2024, bringing with her a track record of building purpose-driven brands and transforming businesses across South Asia, North America, and Europe. She has successfully led strategic pivots in the beauty and personal care sector, combining deep consumer insight with brand stewardship and P&L ownership.

In her current role, Harman has architected the transformation strategy for Beauty & Wellbeing - closing key portfolio gaps to build a future-fit, premium-led offering. Earlier, as VP Hair Care, she launched Dove Hair and TRESemmé in India, created a market for conditioners, and led iconic campaigns such as Dove's ‘Stop the Beauty Test’ and Clinic Plus ‘Meri Beti Strong’. Under her leadership, Hair Care has strengthened its market leadership over the decade.

Harman’s leadership has been recognised with multiple Cannes Lions, Effies, and Emvies awards. In 2025, she was on the Jury for Cannes Glass Lions. She has been featured in BW Businessworld’s Most Influential Women 2025 list, Economic Times Women Ahead list (2023), Impact 50 Most Influential Women list (Top 3 in 2023), Businessworld Top 100 Marketers list (2023), and Economic Times Under 40 list (2020).
