Mr Rajneet Kohli is the Executive Director of Foods and Refreshment at Hindustan Unilever Limited.
Before this, Rajneet was the CEO and Executive Director of Britannia Industries Limited and was instrumental in strengthening the company’s position in the highly competitive food and bakery segment by driving product innovation, building trusted brands, and digital marketing. Under Rajneet’s leadership, the company expanded into new categories & new businesses; thereby accelerating shareholder value.
Prior to Britannia, Rajneet was President & Chief Business Officer for Domino’s Pizza, where he scaled the business to 1750+ COCO restaurants and led transformational changes with a clear focus on data, technology, and digital.
For over a decade, he has worked as Senior Vice President with The Coca-Cola Company, both in Franchise & Bottling. During this stint, he led roles in sales, marketing, commercial & plant operations with complete P&L responsibility. Rajneet played a pivotal role in spearheading the culture of Right Execution Daily (RED), transforming segmented channel strategy, Revenue Growth Management and pioneering the Premium products division setup in Coke. He has previously also worked with Asian Paints and Color Steels, UK.
Rajneet has over 28 years of experience with a strong track record of building and scaling up high-performance businesses and has been successful in shaping and executing winning strategies.

He holds several Industry positions, such as Chairman of the CII National Committee on Marketing Leadership, and Chairman of CII Retail & Omnichannel.
Rajneet has an MBA from the University of Wales, UK and has completed senior leadership programs at Columbia Business School, NY and the Indian School of Business (ISB).
