CSR – ESG Committee

The Board of Directors of the Company constituted the CSR – ESG Committee. The CSR-ESG Committee shall be responsible to assist the Board in overseeing the vision and focus on the Company’s strategy relating to ESG, CSR and sustainability matters. The Committee shall also monitor the progress against the stated vision and review the practices, initiatives & goals of the Company relating to ESG, CSR and Sustainability and ensure that they remain effective.
